I am a bit lost and not sure what to do. Recently, I’ve been dealing with really bad sleep issues; I mean like tossing and turning all night, waking up feeling more tired than when I went to bed. My doctor suggested Nidd Forte Tablets after I said I was worried about dependence on sleep meds. I tried them for a week now, but I'm not really seeing much of a difference – like, is it expected to take longer?
