I am a bit confused and honestly kind of worried about something that’s been going on with me for the last few months. I started feeling really fatigued and kinda light-headed most of the time, which just isn’t like me at all. A friend mentioned trying Swadeshi Prabhakara Vati after I described my symptoms to her, saying it might help with energy levels and overall health. I looked up some info on Swadeshi Prabhakara Vati, and it sounds promising, but there’s just soooo much out there. I feel like I'm drowning in info! My diet's not the best either—a ton of junk food 'cause I’m busy with work, and now I'm thinking, maybe my health is really taking a hit from that too?
