I am really struggling with this persistent hip pain that’s been really messing up my life. It started about 6 months ago; I thought maybe it was just from overdoing it at the gym. But, as time went on, it got worse. I saw doctors, did X-rays, and got an MRI, which showed the early stages of AVN. I remember my doctor mentioning something about AVN Niruryadi Gulika as a natural treatment option and even told me it can help with the symptoms. But like, I have no idea how to use it, or if it’s really effective. Some friends said that they’ve had success with Ayurvedic treatments for similar issues but I'm a bit skeptical. My understanding of AVN Niruryadi Gulika is super limited. Can someone please explain how this herbal remedy works? Like, how do I take it — is it a powder or pills? How long does it normally take to see some results? I guess I just want to know if I should give it a shot or if I’m wasting my time. The pain sometimes wakes me up at night, and the thought of surgery freaks me out! I really want to recover without going under the knife if possible. Any advice on AVN Niruryadi Gulika would be greatly appreciated!
