I am really curious about amla! For like the past six months, I've been feeling super drained and tired all the time. I didn't think it could be anything serious, but my energy levels are just plummeting. A friend mentioned that amla can be a game changer for boosting energy and overall wellness, but I need to know more. What is the benefits of amla really?? I tried some capsules but I haven't seen much difference, so not sure if I’m using it right or if I need to do something else. I also read somewhere that it’s good for the skin and hair, which is another thing I could use help with, but, like, does that mean I have to eat it daily or can I just use it topically? I have heard about different forms too – powder, juice, or just raw. What is the benefits of amla in these different forms? Oh, and I sometimes deal with digestion issues, too – might it help with that? Could eating amla on a regular basis actually make a difference for me? Just feeling overwhelmed, I guess, and any clear advice or personal experiences would be amazing. Thanks everyone!
