Ayurveda doesn’t have a 1:1 match for Clonazepam’s quick action, but herbs like Tagara and Jatamansi can kick in fast for acute calm by soothing the nervous system without the heavy sedation. We’ll layer in daily support for long-term balance (Vata-Pitta for anxiety). Start with- 1. Tagara Tablets : 1 tablet (250 mg) as needed for acute attacks (up to 2x/day); 2. Jatamansi Capsules : 1 capsule (250 mg) twice daily after meals 3. Saraswatarishta : 20 ml + equal water, twice daily after meals. 4. Ashwagandha Tablets : 1 tablet (500 mg) twice daily before meals

Diet Advice Include: Warm milk with nutmeg pinch at night, Brahmi tea (1 tsp leaves boiled), almonds (5-6 soaked), fresh fruits like pears/bananas. Avoid: Caffeine, spicy/oily foods, alcohol – they amp Vata and triggers. Hydration: 8 glasses warm water; sip chamomile or fennel tea 2x/day for gut-nerve calm.

Lifestyle advice Daily Routine: 10 mins pranayama (Anulom Vilom) morning; short walks in nature. For Attacks: Deep belly breathing (4-7-8 technique) + grounding (touch something cool). Go to Bed by 10 PM; avoid screens/social media pre-bed

Go for Panchakarma therapy which includes Shirodhara with Tila Tail for 10 days. In this continuous stream of oil is poured over the forehead for 40-45 minutes. It will help you in managing your symptoms.

Clonazepam acts quickly within 30 minutes as a benzodiazepine, mainly used for panic attacks and anxiety. While Ayurveda does not have a direct equivalent that matches this speed, certain remedies can offer support to manage anxiety symptoms.

As a starting point, Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is known for calming the mind and has a soothing effect on the nervous system. Consuming it in the form of a capsule or decoction might prove beneficial. Take Brahmi powder, around 1/2 teaspoon, mixed with warm water or milk before bedtime to promote calmness. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), another adaptogen, can help reduce stress and anxiety levels, contributing to a more relaxed state. A standard recommendation is 500 mg capsules, taken twice daily after meals.

Developing a routine that reconstruct your balance among the doshas can help create a stable mental state. Daily Abhyanga (self-massage) with warm sesame or Brahmi oil is affirming for calming vata dosha, which is often out of balance in anxiety disorders. Practicing Pranayama (breathing exercises) like Nadi Shodhana or Anulom Vilom twice daily for ten minutes could also boost overall mental steadiness. Integrating these practices daily, in the morning and evening, work towards a cumulative effect in stress reduction.

Diet also plays its part; foods that are grounding and nourishing such as whole grains, warm stews, or root vegetables, support a balanced mental state. Try to avoid stimulants such as caffein which might exacerbate anxious conditions.

While Ayurveda supports lifestyle and diet to improve mental health, in case of persistent or severe panic attacks, consulting a healthcare provider is crucial to avoid any risk. Ayurveda principles usually results evolve gradually; ensure you follow any prescribed medications as suggested by a physician for safety and effectiveness.
