I am 19 and in college, and I've been lately wondering if does masturbation affect studies. I've been feeling kinda unfocused and sluggish, like my brain isn't firing on all cylinders. I know it’s a totally normal thing, right? But sometimes I feel like I might be overdoing it. My friends are often saying that that doesn’t really impact us, but I'm starting to doubt it. Last week, I had this big exam coming up, and I couldn’t concentrate at all! I kept getting distracted and found myself scrolling through social media instead of hitting the books. There were a few nights where I was up late studying but then ended up...you know, doing it rather than getting a good night’s sleep. I keep wondering if that can lead to poor grades or kinda hinder my ability to grasp new material. Also, I've noticed I'm often too tired or unmotivated to follow through with my study schedule, and I can't shake the feeling that maybe my habits could be playing a role in this. Idk, I'm just looking for some insights from you all. Like, does masturbation affect studies in a noticeable way? Could I be making it harder for myself? Any advice or thoughts would really help!
