I am really struggling with these horrible dark circles under my eyes. Like, I tried everything from those expensive creams to cold spoons, and nothing seems to work. I mean, I've always been a bit of a night owl, but lately, it’s like my sleep schedule is totally off. I work late hours, and then on weekends, I crash but still wake up looking like a raccoon. Friends keep telling me it’s stress, but I don’t know how to manage it all, you know? And I'm kinda wondering if there’s more to it than just lack of sleep. I read some things about diet, like maybe allergies or even hydration can play a part in this. Anyway, I've been drinking more water, or at least trying to, but the dark circles don’t seem to budge. I’m getting test results for allergies next week, so fingers crossed something shows up! I know this might sound a bit desperate, but how to stop dark circles? Which natural remedies can really help? Plus, if it’s linked to stress, how can I address that part too without ruining my work life? Help!

Try winding down with a calming herbal tea such as chamomile or tulsi about 30 minutes before bed. These herbs can promote calmness and provide some relief from stress.

Hydration is another key element, you are already on the right path here. Aim for 8-10 glasses of water daily, but also consider consuming hydrating foods like cucumbers and watermelon. Regarding diet, ensure you include plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and foods with natural oils, like nuts and seeds, that can improve your skin health.

Applying a natural under-eye treatment may also prove beneficial. Mix equal parts almond oil and rose water, gently pat this mixture under your eyes before bed, leave it overnight, and rinse off in the morning. This remedy is known to nourish skin and reduce pigmentation over time.
