The symptoms you’re experiencing may be linked to a combination of dosha imbalances. Urticaria, thick phlegm, and rashes suggest an imbalance in Kapha and Pitta doshas. To address these issues from an Ayurvedic perspective:

Consider starting with dietary adjustments. Avoiding kapha-aggravating foods like dairy, wheat, and sugary, oily, and heavy foods can help manage phlegm buildup. Include more pungent, bitter, and astringent tastes found in foods like leafy greens, turmeric, and ginger, which can help balance Kapha and Pitta.

Hydration is essential, drink warm water throughout the day to help balance Kapha and aid digestion. You might find benefit from an infusion of ginger and turmeric tea, once or twice daily. These ingredients can also help reduce inflammation and boost the immune system.

For skin issues like rashes and boils, topical applications may alleviate discomfort. Applying a paste of neem powder mixed with water on the affected areas can provide antiseptic and healing benefits. Similarly, using sandalwood powder mixed with rosewater as a calming paste can help with itching.

Regular practice of Pranayama (breathing exercises) like Anulom Vilom and Kapalbhati will improve overall breath control and also assist in managing stress levels, which can contribute to skin breakouts and immune challenges. Practicing Yoga Asanas such as Trikonasana and Surya Namaskar daily can improve circulation and detoxify the body, helping clear skin.

Supplement your diet with herbs like Triphala, which supports digestive health and detoxification. A half teaspoon with warm water at night can help regularize bowel movements and cleanse the system.

Consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner before making major changes, especially with existing conditions like frequent antibiotic usage. Immediate medical care is essential if symptoms persist or worsen.

Your symptoms suggest an imbalance of the pitta dosha, combined with some element of kapha, evident from the urticaria, thick phlegm, and frequent skin infections. Boils and fungal infections relate more to pitta being aggravated, while the persistent phlegm suggests kapha’s dominance as well. Let’s break this down with some Siddha-Ayurvedic advice to help restore balance.

For your diet and lifestyle, start by reducing your intake of spicy, salty, and sour foods. Such foods can aggravate pitta. Instead, focus on naturally cooling foods like cucumber, melons, and cilantro. Increase your fiber intake through leafy greens to manage kapha-dominance. Glass of fresh buttermilk, seasoned with roasted cumin seeds can help balance both doshas when consumed at lunch.

Triphala powder can be helpful to detoxify and balance doshas. Take one teaspoon with warm water before bedtime. Neem tablets or neem in any form is excellent for skin-related issues; consume according to package directions but check with a health professional if any concerns.

For a topical remedy, try a paste of turmeric and sandalwood powder with aloe vera gel on the boils and rashes. This mixture carries anti-inflammatory properties suitable for pitta-driven skin issues. Apply daily and wash after 15 minutes.

For the groin infections, maintain dryness and use herbal powders like licorice powder or Vilvam (Aegle marmelos) leaf powder which can prevent fungal growth. Make sure your clothes are clean and dry.

Remember, changes might take time, and with worsening or acute symptoms, especially if boils are recurring severely, consult a healthcare professional without delay, because repeated antibiotic cycles can disrupt gut flora and immunity.
