I am struggling with something that feels really heavy. There’s this phobia I have that’s getting in the way of my life. Like, even the idea of elevators makes me panic – I mean, last week I was at the mall, and just because my friends wanted to use an elevator, I freaked out and took the stairs, huffing and puffing all the way up. I feel so embarassed when that happens! I know it sounds silly to some people, but I can’t seem to control this terror anymore.
