I am really struggling with this issue and it’s super embarrassing to talk about. Like, I’ve been noticing that I have been dealing with premature ejaculation for a while now. It started after my last relationship ended badly, and honestly, ever since then I’ve been feeling really anxious when it comes to intimacy. Like, one time I went on a date, and everything was goin’ well, but when we got to that point, I just couldn’t control it and it was a total disaster. Ugh!!! I tried like breathing exercises and even some techniques that I looked up, but nothing really seems to help. I’m wondering if there are any Ayurvedic solutions or remedies on how to stop premature ejaculation that I could try? I’ve heard about things like herbs, oils, or even diet changes but I don’t really know where to start. Should I be trying to focus on calming my mind too, or is it more about physical treatments? I’ve read that stress can contribute to it but sometimes it’s just like the pressure makes it worse. Help! I really want to get back to enjoying intimacy without this hanging over my head. I’m looking for advice on how to stop premature ejaculation naturally because I’d prefer not to go the pharmaceutical route if possible. Any suggestions would be awesome! Thank you.
