can shilajit increase testosterone - #43414

Mia

I am dealing with some health issues lately, and I read somewhere that can shilajit increase testosterone levels. I'm a bit curious but also kinda skeptical. My energy levels have been really low, and I've been feeling sluggish all the time. It's frustrating because in my 30s, I was super active and now I struggle to even go for a walk. I recently did some blood tests and my testosterone levels were on the lower side, which really worried me. The doc recommended some medications, but I'm not too keen on that. Instead, I’ve been looking into natural supplements, and that’s when I stumbled upon shilajit. I mean, can shilajit increase testosterone? It seems to pop up in a lot of articles. But how does that work? I tried using a bit of shilajit off and on, maybe like a week or two, but didn’t notice a huge difference and I'm thinking maybe I didn’t use it correctly or something. Should I be taking it more regularly or is there a specific way to use it for the best results? I really wanna boost my energy naturally. Any thoughts?

Shilajit, a herbo-mineral compound revered in Ayurveda, often mentioned in classical texts like Charaka Samhita, is known for its potential to support male reproductive health, including testetstorone. Emerging scientific evidences suggests that shilajit may positively influence testosterone levels, possibly due to its fulvic acid and minerel content comoing from the Himalayan mountains.

In your case, with low energy levels and lower testosterone, incorporating Shilajit could be beneficial. To maximize its potential, consistency is essential. A typical recommendation is to take about 250 mg to 500 mg of purified shilajit resin or powder form, preferably with milk, which acts as an anupan (vheicle) that enhances its absorptin into the body. This should be consumed twice daily, morning and evening. Ensure that you use a reputable brand as purity is critical.

While Shilajit may support testosterone levels over time, expect no immediate miracle. Like with all natural remedies, patience and persistenceare key. Noticeable changes in energy and vitality might take several weeks or even months. You should keep track of any changes you notice, and perhaps discuss these with your healthcare provider.

Additionally, consider a holistic approached to address your energy concerns. Regular physical activity, even light exercises initially, can stimulate testosterone production naturally. Ayurveda emphasizes on lifestyle changes parallel to herbal supplementation. Focus on getting adequate rest, managing stress, and maintaining a balanced diet of sattvic foods; such as whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

Popular and spicy foods especially with hot spices can aggravate certain doshas, adding to fatigue, so moderate their intake. Also, pratice pranayama or yog breathing exrecises to enhance energy flow and reduce stress. Making these lifestyle changes along with consistent shilajit usage may enhance your energy and restore vitality more effectively.
