I am really confused about how to detox liver at home. For the past few months, I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish and bloated, and I've read that the liver plays a big role in detoxifying the body. I don’t drink alcohol often, but I do have a pretty hectic lifestyle and probably don’t eat the best all the time. Like, you know, too much junk food and takeout. 🤦‍♀️ Last week I decided to go for a check-up, and they mentioned something about elevated liver enzymes. 😳 It wasn’t super high, but still enough to raise my eyebrows. The doc mentioned a few dietary changes but didn’t really get into details. Now I’m super keen on learning how to detox liver at home ’cause I feel, well, lost? I’ve tried googling it, and there’s so much info out there, but it’s overwhelming. Some say green juices are the way to go, and others suggest herbs or specific diets, but I just don’t know what’s legit. Am I crazy for thinking a home detox could help? Is it safe, or could I make things worse? I feel like I really need to give my liver some love and not sure how to start. Just want to feel energetic and healthy again! Any advice on how to detox liver at home effectively would help a ton! Thanks!
