I am dealing with some really confusing issues lately and heard that certain foods can help, specifically like papaya. I’ve been feeling kind of sluggish and my digestion has been totally off. Like, I get these weird bloating spells after meals that just won’t go away! Plus, I’ve been seeing my doctor and had some blood tests done, but nothing seems super alarming. I came across this info saying “is papaya good for liver” health, and I’m curious ‘cause I love it but wasn’t sure how it affects the liver. Can it help with detoxifying or maybe boosting liver function? My friend swears by it saying it works wonders for her. But then again, I read some mixed things.
