I am really struggling lately with my health and need some help. I’m a 32-year-old guy, and for the past few months, I’ve noticed that my erection power seems to have really decreased. I don’t know if it’s stress or what, but I’ve been under a lot of pressure at work and also had some changes in my diet. I used to be really fit but now it's hard to stay motivated, and I think that’s made a difference too. Last week, during some intimate moments with my partner, it became really clear that my erection power was just not what it used to be. I tried to not let it get to me, but honestly, it was frustrating and kinda embarrassing. I went to the doctor, and he suggested maybe some lifestyle changes, but didn't offer too much concrete advice on how to increase my erection power specifically.
