Yes you can take Vitamin E. Folic acid. M2TONE is meant to regulate menstrual cycle and help balance hormones. Once your periods are regular, and no problem with flow, you need to Stop it before conceiving. You can start with phalgrith 2tsp twice daily before food with warm milk. This will improve your fertility.

Yes, you can take vitamin E, folic acid, and M2 Tone while trying to conceive, considering your recent completion of treatment for an infection. Each of these has specific roles that may support reproductive health.

Vitamin E is an antioxidant, known to improve fertility by protecting the cells from damage. It’s generally safe, but it’s important not to exceed the recommended dosage, typically around 15 mg per day for adults. Excessive intake can lead to side effects.

Folic acid is crucial when trying to conceive, as it helps prevent neural tube defects in the developing fetus. The common recommendation is to take 400 to 800 micrograms per day before and during pregnancy. This practice should start at least a month before conception.

M2-Tone, an Ayurvedic medicine, is often used for balancing hormones and supporting menstrual health. It may improve reproductive health and is generally considered safe for use, but it’s essential to follow dosage instructions on the package or as advised by your practitioner.

Ayurvedically speaking, balancing the doshas, particularly Vata and Kapha, supports reproductive health. Embrace a diet that includes warm, cooked foods, and nourishing drinks like almond milk with a pinch of saffron or cardamom to stabilize Vata. Practicing stress-reducing techniques like yoga and meditation can also be beneficial.

Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or therapy, as they will know your health history and current condition. If any product causes adverse effects or if there’s a specific contraindication given your recent infection treatment, they’ll provide the best guidance. Balance and moderation, combined with the personalized care of your healthcare provider, are key to supporting your journey toward conception.
