मला एक ते दीड महिन्यापासून टाच दुखीचा त्रास होत आहे. अन्न पचन व्यवस्थित होते. झोपही व्यवस्थित लागते. वात पित्त व कफ नाही. नियमित स्विमिन्ग व योगा प्राणायाम करतो. टाचेसाठी गरम पाणी व बर्फचा शेक घेतो. वातशामक तेलाने मसाज करतो. तरीही फारसा फरक दिसत नाही. योग्य उपाय सुचवा.

टाच दुखीचा त्रास कमी करण्यासाठी काही विशेष उपाय तुम्हाला करता येतील. सर्वप्रथम, टाचांच्या व्यायामावर लक्ष केंद्रित करा. दिवसभर बसून किंवा उभं राहून राहिल्यास टाचांना अधिक थकवा येऊ शकतो, त्यासाठी दिवसातून 2-3 वेळा टाच गरम पाण्यात भिजवून मऊ गादीवर उचलून ठेवा. हे शेषांसाठी चांगलं असू शकतं.

आपल्या दिनचर्येत थोडे फार बदल करणे उपयुक्त ठरेल. लक्ष्मण रस्नादी कपूरासारख्या औषध तेलाने हलका मसाज करा, यामुळे रक्तप्रवाह सुधारतो. यासोबतच प्रत्येक रात्री गोड किंवा उष्ण पाण्याने पाय धोऊन सुकवून मग झोपू शकता.

भोजनात वात कमी करणाऱ्या पदार्थांचा समावेश करा, जसे तिळाचे व गोड पदार्थ, पोटातील वात कमी करण्यात मदत करतील. गोड दूध आणि तळलेले पदार्थ अनुकूल नसतील, म्हणून त्यांचे सेवन कमी ठेवा. पण रोहणामूलक हळद, हिंगु, सैंधव् या गोष्टी आहारात वाढवून देखील तात्कालीन लाभ होऊ शकतो. योग निद्रा, शक्य त्याप्रमाणे अर्गासना आणि हलक्या आसनांचे नियमित पालन करा, याने लवकर सुधार दिसून येतो.

बहिरीतून उपयोग करण्यासाठी बथुव्याचा रस किंवा तिळ तेलाबरोबर नितळ पेस्ट बनवून टाचेला लावली तरीही आराम मिळतो. अनेक दिवसांमध्ये परिणाम जाणवू लागतात म्हणून लागेल तेवढा संयम बाळगा. जर टाच दुखीचा त्रास सतत राहिला तर तातडीने वैद्यकीय सल्ला घेणे आवश्यक आहे.
