Raat ko 1 glass garam doodh + 1 chammach shuddh desi ghee Subah khali pet 5–6 bhige badam Chai, coffee, cigarette, porn aur hastmaithun se parhez Teekha, zyada namkeen, junk food kam karein

Ashwagandha churna 1 chammach raat ko doodh ke saath Shilajit (shuddh) sat 1 drop subah dudh kae saath Safed Musli 1 chammach subhah dudh kae saath

Kam se kam 6 - 8 hafton mein sudhar dikhta hai agar niyamit liya jaye aur lifestyle sudhari jaye.

नमस्ते मैं आपका दर्द समझ सकता हूँ। धातु की समस्या और टाइमिंग का कम होना लोगों में काफी आम है, लेकिन सही समय पर सही इलाज से इसे पूरी तरह से कंट्रोल और ठीक किया जा सकता है। डरने की बिल्कुल ज़रूरत नहीं है 😊

आपकी चिंता

धातु का गिरना (सपने में, पेशाब के साथ या दिन में) टाइमिंग कम होना / शीघ्रपतन अवधि: 6 महीने से ज़्यादा जीवनशैली में कुछ बदलाव तनाव और चिंता की संभावना

मुख्य कारण –आयुर्वेद के अनुसार, यह समस्या इन कारणों से होती है: –अपान वात और व्यान वात का गलत दिशा में जाना –शुक्र धातु की कमज़ोरी –मानसिक कारण: तनाव, ज़्यादा सोचना और अपराधबोध

कभी-कभी: –मोबाइल/पॉर्न ज़्यादा देखना –रात को देर तक जागना –पाचन ठीक से न होना

इस वजह से: वीर्य बहुत जल्दी निकल जाता है कंट्रोल कम हो जाता है आत्मविश्वास कम हो जाता है

👉 अच्छी बात: यह एक फंक्शनल समस्या है, स्थायी नहीं। इलाज के लक्ष्य

1. धातु गिरना बंद करना 2. टाइमिंग और कंट्रोल बढ़ाना 3. शुक्र धातु को मजबूत बनाना 4. वात शांत करना और मानसिक शांति

घरेलू उपाय

1. अश्वगंधा + दूध अश्वगंधा पाउडर ½–1 चम्मच गर्म दूध के साथ रात को सोने से पहले नसों को मजबूत करता है टाइमिंग और आत्मविश्वास

2. अंजीर 2 अंजीर रात भर भिगो दें अगली सुबह खाएं धातु की समस्या में बहुत फायदेमंद

3. घी का सेवन रोजाना 1 छोटा चम्मच देसी घी शुक्र धातु को पोषण देता है

आयुर्वेदिक दवा (सुरक्षित और असरदार)

1. कौंच बीज चूर्ण खुराक: ½ चम्मच रात को दूध के साथ धातु और टाइमिंग दोनों के लिए सबसे अच्छा

2. सफेद मूसली ½ चम्मच रात को दूध के साथ वीर्य को मजबूत बनाता है

3. अश्वगंधा कैप्सूल 1 कैप्सूल सुबह और रात को खाने के बाद
