Internal Remedies:
Kaishore Guggulu: 2 tablets thrice daily to reduce inflammation and promote healing.

Manjistha Capsules: 1 capsule twice daily for blood purification.
External Application:
Clean the wound with Triphala decoction daily.
Apply Jatyadi Tailam on the ulcer and bandage with a clean cotton dressing.
Lifestyle:

Avoid prolonged standing or sitting.
Diet (Ahara):
