Namaste. A non-healing ulcer indicates impaired Rakta (blood circulation) and aggravated Vata and Kapha doshas, associated with varicose veins. Avoiding surgery is possible with strict care and consistent Ayurvedic treatment. Ayurvedic Chikitsa: Internal Remedies: Kaishore Guggulu: 2 tablets thrice daily to reduce inflammation and promote healing. Punarnavasava: 20 ml twice daily after meals for improving circulation. Manjistha Capsules: 1 capsule twice daily for blood purification. External Application: Clean the wound with Triphala decoction daily. Apply Jatyadi Tailam on the ulcer and bandage with a clean cotton dressing. Lifestyle: Elevate the affected leg while resting to improve blood flow. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting. Diet (Ahara): Include foods rich in antioxidants like amla, leafy greens, and ghee. Avoid spicy, fried, and heavy foods. Therapies (If Possible): Leech Therapy (Jalaukavacharana): Removes toxins and improves venous circulation.
