I am really struggling with some digestive issues lately. It all started about two months ago when I went on a trip to Kerala, which was amazing, but then I ruinned my stomach with all the street food (so good but wow!) and since then I've been feeling bloated and just uncomfortable. My friend there recommended I try Kerala Ayurveda Ashta Choornam, saying it really helped her with similar issues. I have been reading about it, and apparently, it's all about balancing the doshas or whatever that's called, right? But I just wanna know, can Kerala Ayurveda Ashta Choornam actually help with the bloating and gas I’m experiencing? Also, how do you even take it? Like, should I be mixing it with water or something, or is there a specific way to use it? I’m kinda worried cause I have tried different things but nothing seems to work, and I'm not really into just taking the over-the-counter stuff. I'm hoping that maybe this Kerala Ayurveda Ashta Choornam can work where other remedies failed. Do I need to take it for a certain time or something? Any tips would really help! Thanks a ton!
