Respected Sir, I need your guidance and medicine for height grow. currently I am 19yrs girl and my height is 4.9ft. My father height is 5.2ft. My menstuation started when I was 14yrs old. Are there any good Ayurvedic medicine which improve my height and I can reach at least 5.5 ft. My weight is 60kg. My periods are little irregular. Kindly guide me sir.
