Can I take herbal supplements while waiting to conceive after rubella? - #47460

Namaste. As doctors have told that I have rubella I can't conceive for 3 more months as I have to be vaccinated. During this period can I consume ashwagandi, putagandiand shiclin beej churns in 1gm each quantity. Please suggest me as I am trying to conceive from past 2years.
