Hi,Iam 35 year old i have grade 3 verricocele and infertility for the past three years .my semen parameters are every time is different and poor .Ihave done 3 iui but failure. Now shouldi treat verricocele first before am tryingfor baby and which is the best solution surgeryor non surgery
