Should I continue taking kelarchikai while trying for pregnancy? - #48415

I was taking kelarchikai from last november 30 to January 20 ....daily morning empty stomach and night, in YouTube they told to eat continuously for 48days ...I have still some balls remaining ....I am taking kelarchikai with peper and honey make it as a ball and store in glass container....I have remaining still ....shall I continue ? i took today morning also in empty stomach... please tell...,Todays completed,now iam in the 5th day of my after ovulation, iam also taking folic acid , ovazoa tablets doctor prescribed and healthy food Shall I continue kelarchikai? Some saying not to continue My AMH is 1.22 Iam thinking to take kalyana murungai leaf as a powder form, how does it work? Iam trying for pregnancy

You already took it ~50 days (enough) After ovulation / trying for pregnancy, strong herbs are not advised It may disturb implantation You did the right thing till ovulation — now stop. Kalyana Murungai leaf powder: Helps uterus strength & ovulation DO NOT start now (post-ovulation) Can be used next cycle before ovulation only Now (5th day after ovulation): Continue Folic acid + Ovazoa Eat simple, warm, home food Avoid new herbs, excess garlic, excess ghee Avoid stress & heavy work
