At 8 years old, penis size can vary a lot, and what looks “very small” now may still grow normally during puberty. If it is truly micropenis from birth, it is usually related to hormonal or developmental factors, not diet or general health.
👉 Important truth - There is no proven Ayurvedic medicine or oil that can safely increase penis size in children.
