I am 47 woman. Weight 75 kg. Struggling with weight around middle section for ten years,the time of child birth.i have thyroid take 12.5 mg thyronorm tab.my mother is fat too.want weight loss and strength back.please help

1)Triphala Churna (for digestion and metabolism) Dose: 1 teaspoon (≈3g) with warm water at night, 30 minutes before bed. Benefit: Supports bowel regularity, detoxification, and fat metabolism.

2. Guggul (Shuddha Guggul) Tablets (for weight management and thyroid support) Dose: 250 mg, 1 tablet twice daily after meals. Benefit: Supports metabolism, helps reduce fat accumulation, especially around the abdomen.

3. Punarnava Dose: 500 mg, (1 capsule )twice daily after meals. Benefit: Reduces water retention, strengthens muscles, supports kidney and thyroid function.

HELLO, You are a 47 year old woman with -weight gain manly around the abdomen -this started after childbirth and persisted for 10+ years -you are physically active and eat reasonably well -you have hypothyroidism and are taking Thyronorm 12.5 mcg -There is a family tendency (mother also overweight) WHY WEIGHT IS NOT REDUCING DESPITE EFFORT? Because this is not just excess fat. One point to be kept in mind is that, if you have family history of weight around middle section of then there is limitation. It will be easy to give appropriate decision if I get to know the BMI.
