Hello I get how frustrating it is when your uterine lining just won’t thicken up, no matter what you try – tablets, gels, even acupuncture. Seeing those numbers stay low on the scans when you’re TTC or trying to regulate your cycle? Ugh, so stressful. But don’t lose hope! Ayurveda can look at this differently and get to the real reason behind it YOUR CONCERN –Uterine lining thickness: –Day 8 → 5 mm –Day 16 → 6.5 mm (still too thin for implantation) –Been going on for: Over 6 months –Tried: Estrabet pills & gel, acupuncture –Lifestyle: Pretty healthy Basically, your uterus isn’t getting enough blood and nutrients. AYURVEDA’S TAKE In Ayurveda, it’s like this: Artava Kshaya + Garbhashaya Dhatu Kshaya Which means: –The uterine lining (Artava) isn’t building up right. –The uterine tissues are weak. –Vata is blocking the blood flow. –Pitta isn’t helping things grow properly. –Not enough Rasa & Rakta dhatu (basic nutrients) Hormones can push things along, but if the uterine tissue is weak, it won’t respond well. WHAT WE WANT –Get more blood flowing to the uterus –Feed that uterine tissue! –Balance Vata & Pitta –Get the uterus ready for implantation THE AYURVEDIC PLAN INTERNAL MEDICATION 1.Ashokarishta – 15 ml, twice a day after you eat. (Helps blood flow in the uterus) 2 Shatavari Kalpa – ½ tsp, twice a day with warm milk. (Acts like estrogen, builds up the lining) 3.Phal Ghrita – 1 tsp every morning with warm milk. (Really feeds the uterus) 4.Praval Pishti – 125 mg, twice a day. (Helps the uterine lining grow and supports hormones) EXTERNAL CARE –Abhyanga (oil massage) on your lower belly and back with Bala-Ashwagandhadi Taila –Do this every day before you shower –It gets the blood flowing to your uterus. DIET AND LIFESTYLE ❌ Avoid: –Cold food –Raw salads –Skipping meals –Stress –Too much exercise ✅ Eat: –Milk, ghee (clarified butter) –Dates, figs –Pomegranate –Rice, wheat –Moong dal (a type of lentil) –Beetroot, carrot WHAT TO EXPECT 1 cycle: Uterine blood flow should be better. 2–3 cycles: Uterine lining should start thickening up. 3–4 cycles: Lining should be good for implantation. You don’t have a hormone problem – you have a tissue issue, and Ayurveda is awesome at fixing that Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

On day 8: 5 mm, day 16: 6.5 mm. Normally, by day 8–10 (early proliferative phase), thickness can be ~6–8 mm. By mid-cycle (day 14–16), it usually grows to 8–12 mm, sometimes more. Your endometrium is below average for both early and mid-cycle, suggesting a thin lining. - Diagnosis (Ayurveda): Artava Kshaya Oral Medicines: - Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets, twice daily after meal - Ashokarishta – 15ml, twice daily after meals - Shatavari Churna / Capsules – 5–10 g or 500 mg capsule, twice daily with milk - Lodhra Churna – 1–3 g, twice daily with warm water Panchakarma / External Therapy: - Abhyanga with Mahanarayan or Ksheerabala Taila – daily or 5x/week - Udvartana (herbal powder massage) – 3–4x/week - Anuvasana Basti (medicated oil enema) – 5–7 days/month under supervision Swedana (herbal steam therapy) – 2–3x/week - Diet & Lifestyle: Warm, nourishing foods (milk, ghee, soups, seasonal fruits) Avoid cold, dry, junk foods - Yoga & pelvic-friendly asanas: Baddha Konasana, Supta Baddha Konasana, Setu Bandhasana Stress management: meditation, pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Nadi Shodhana) Follow-up: Reassess endometrial thickness after 3 months and adjust therapy accordingly - Investigation to be done- TVS FSH, LH, Estradiol (Day 2–5), Progesterone (mid-luteal), TSH, Prolactin

1.Shatavari granules 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk after meals 2.Phala ghrita 1 tsp with warm milk empty stomach in the morning 3.Lodhrasava 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals 4.M2 Tone Syrup 3 tsp twice daily after meals ⚖️ Supportive Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Diet - Diet: Favor warm, nourishing foods—milk, ghee, sesame seeds, soaked almonds, dates, figs, saffron milk. - Avoid: Excess caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, and cold/raw meals that aggravate Vata. - Yoga & Pranayama: Gentle practices like Baddha Konasana, Setu Bandhasana, and Anulom Vilom pranayama improve pelvic blood flow. - Stress management: Meditation and regular sleep are emphasized, since stress can reduce estrogen response. Low endometrial thickness even after hormone tablets gel and acupuncture usually indicates that the uterine lining is not responding because the root nourishment is weak This happens when blood tissue and reproductive tissue are not getting properly formed due to long standing agni weakness vata disturbance and poor circulation to the uterus Hormones can push temporarily but if the uterine tissue itself is dry thin and undernourished the thickness does not improve much which is why you are not seeing sustained results The focus should shift toward improving digestion building healthy blood and nourishing the uterus from within Ayurveda works on correcting agni balancing vata and improving uterine circulation through proper diet routine and medicines that build rasa rakta and artava dhatu Warm cooked food ghee milk dates soaked almonds gentle abhyanga and uterine nourishing medicines over a few cycles help the lining respond naturally With consistency thickness improves gradually and becomes stable rather than fluctuating only with external hormones

HELLO, The endometrium is the soft inner lining of the uterus. Everymonth, this lining grows thicker to prepare for preganancy . If conception does not happen, it sheds as menstruation In your case, even after hormonal treatment, the lining does not grow adequately DAY 8-> 5 mm DAY 16-> 6.5 mm Ideally, for good implantation, thickness should be 7.5-10mmith a healthy pattern This means -the uterus is not receiving enough nourishment -blood flow to the uterus is insufficinet -the tissue response is estrogen is weak Ayurveda explains this condition as a disorder of 1) APANA VATA IMBALANCE -it governs menstruation, ovulation, implantation, uterine nourishment When Apana Vata is disturbed -blood flow becomes poor -uterus become dry -linin remains thin 2) RASA AND RAKTA DHATU DEFICIENCY Rasa dhatu= nourishment, fluids Rakta dhatu= blood supply If these are weak -Endometrial tissue cannot grow properly -Even hormones fail to act fully 3) ARTAVA KSHAYA This does not always mean low periods It can present as -normal bleeding -but poor quality uterine lining WHY ESTROGEN IS NOT HELPING MUCH Because -hormones are preset -but uterine tissue receptivity is poor -blood vessels are not responding adequately Ayurveda works by correcting the tissue and circulation, not frozen hormones TREATMENT GOALS -correct Apana Vata -improve uterine blood circulation -nourish rasa-rakta-artava dhatu -increas endometrial thickness naturally -improve implantation potential -reduce stress related uterine constriction INTERNAL MEDICATIONS 1) PHAL GHRITA= 1 tsp once daily with warm milk for minimum 3 months =direct uterine nourishment, improves endometrial receptivity, strengthens implantation capacity, corrects Apana Vata 2) ASHOKARISHTA= 20 ml twice daily after meals with equal water for 3 months = improves uterine circulation, helps lining growth, supports hormonal balance 3) SHATAVARI CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime for 3 months =natural photo estrogen, builds endometrial tissue, improves uterine moisture and thickness 4) DASHMOOLA KASHAYA= 25ml with equal water once daily after dinner =correct vata, improvs pelvic circulation, reduces uterine constriction EXTERNAL THERAPIES 1) OIL MASSAGE= BALA TAILA -lower abdomen, lower back daily =improves pelvic blood Flow, reduces vata dryness, nourishes uterus 2) MILD STEAM -lower abdomen only after massage =open uterine channels, improves circulation DIET -warm milk with ghee -dates, figs, soaked raisins -beetroot, carrot -red rice, wheat -black sesame seeds -almonds, walnuts -moong dal, ghee based foods AVOID -cold foods and drinks -excess raw saads -dry , packaged foods -excess caffeine -prolonge fasting YOGA ASANAS -baddha konasana -setu badhasana -viparita karani -apanasana =improves uterine blood flow, enhances pelvic circulation PRANAYAM -anulom vilom -bhramari =reduces stress, stress directly reduces uterine blood flow HOME REMEDIES -warm milk+ 1 tspghee at night -soaked black sesame seeds small quantity -pomegranate regualrly -beetroot juice warm not cold EXPECTED RESULT -1st cycle= better blood flow, improved pattern -2-3 cycles= thickness often improves to 7.5-9 mm Your condition is revrisble Persistent thin endometrium usually means The uterus needs nourishment, circulation, and vata correction- not more hormones Ayurveda focuses on making the uterus receptive, not forcing growth DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU DR.
