Hello I want to say this straight up: if you’re not sleeping, your body aches, you can’t breathe right, and your brain won’t shut off, it’s easy to think, I can’t do this anymore. But that doesn’t mean you want to die—it means your body is seriously stressed out. You’re not weak, just overwhelmed, and we can fix that. If at any time you feel unsafe, please seek immediate medical help. This is strength, not failure. For my confirmation, i would like to know if you have got the Vitamin B12 deficiency corrected in your case or not. These symptoms are common in Vitamin B12 deficiency. If left uncorrected, then i would suggest you to check with a nearby physician and start on Vitamin B12 supplementation firstly Injections followed by oral pills. If corrected then follow the below given remedies. 1. Brahmi taila/ Himasagara taila- Head and feet massage at Night time, daily. (No need to use a generous amount, 8-10 drops would be sufficient for scalp (only at the mid scalp) and few drops for feet. 2. Nasya or Nasal drops- Use Ksheerabala 101 drops 4 drops in each nostril everyday morning after taking 10 mins steam or washing face with warm water. Orally 1. Saraswatarishta- 20 ml with 20 ml of warm water at night only, after food. 2. Ashwagandha capsule- 0-0-1 in the evening with warm milk at 7-8 PM timing. Hello, Thank you very detailed presentation. This helps. The following will help you to come out of the situation you are in: First and foremost priority is to tackle the anxiety issue: 1. As you are in hostel, if possible try to join a yoga class outside which offers group class/you can opt for gym work outs/ zumba(please let the teacher/trainer know about your shoulder) 2. Learn pranayama and start practicing 20 minutes a day. 3. Learn to meditate and practice 20 minutes during bed time.(breathing, meditation really helps) 4. Hydrate with 2 liters of water preferably hot to warm. 5. Medicine- a. Tab. Deep SLP(sri sri tatva) 0—0—2 30 minutes before bedtime for 30 days(by the end of 30 days, the above said guidelines need to be incorporated in daily life) GERD- 1. Please chew your food properly. 2. Do not eat full stomach 3. Eat only cooked food with lots of vegetables Medicines- 1. Syp. Ulsant D 10ml 30 minutes before food as and when required For nasal congestion: 1. Start with Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with warm milk/ water Brahmi vati 1-0-1 after food with water Yastimadhu churan 50gms+ sitopaladi churan 50 gms+Giloy satva 10gm mix and take 1/2tsp twice with honey and water. Chyavanprash 2tsp once daily before breakfast with milk/ water, will help build immunity and strength.
