➡️ Hempushpa syrup ek ayurvedic/herbal tonic hai, jo kuch logon mein digestion aur hormones ko thoda support karta hai, lekin PCOD ka complete treatment nahi hai.
Aapne khud bola hai:
Digestive problems constant rehti hain
Syrup peene ke baad gas hoti hai
➡️ Iska matlab ho sakta hai ki ye syrup aapke digestion ko suit nahi kar raha.
➡️ PCOD mein already gut–hormone connection hota hai, aur gas / bloating PCOD ko aur worsen kar sakti hai.
👉 Agar koi cheez gas badha rahi ho, to use continue karna faayde se zyada nuksaan de sakta hai.
Dx: PCOD, irregular periods, gas, planning pregnancy
Rx:
- Kanchnaar Guggulu – 2 tab BD, after meals, warm water
- Ashokarishta – 15 ml BD, after meals + equal water
- Shatavari Churna – 1 tsp OD, morning empty stomach, warm milk/water
- Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp OD, night after dinner, warm water
Duration: 2–3 months
Stop: ❌ Hempushpa syrup (gas problem)
Advice: Warm food, avoid fried/sugar, daily 30 min walk.
⚠️ Missed period / pregnancy doubt → stop meds & consult .
