Mujhe pcod hai mere periods35se 40 din ke baad aate hai mujhe baby conceive nahi ho raha hai kya hempushpa syrup peene se thik ho jayega koi problem to nhi hogi hempushpa syrup peene ke baad mujhe gas ki problem hoti hai

➡️ Hempushpa syrup ek ayurvedic/herbal tonic hai, jo kuch logon mein digestion aur hormones ko thoda support karta hai, lekin PCOD ka complete treatment nahi hai. Aapne khud bola hai: Digestive problems constant rehti hain Syrup peene ke baad gas hoti hai ➡️ Iska matlab ho sakta hai ki ye syrup aapke digestion ko suit nahi kar raha. ➡️ PCOD mein already gut–hormone connection hota hai, aur gas / bloating PCOD ko aur worsen kar sakti hai. 👉 Agar koi cheez gas badha rahi ho, to use continue karna faayde se zyada nuksaan de sakta hai. Dx: PCOD, irregular periods, gas, planning pregnancy Rx: - Kanchnaar Guggulu – 2 tab BD, after meals, warm water - Ashokarishta – 15 ml BD, after meals + equal water - Shatavari Churna – 1 tsp OD, morning empty stomach, warm milk/water - Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp OD, night after dinner, warm water Duration: 2–3 months Stop: ❌ Hempushpa syrup (gas problem) Advice: Warm food, avoid fried/sugar, daily 30 min walk. ⚠️ Missed period / pregnancy doubt → stop meds & consult .
