- Your symptoms most likely suggest perioral dermatitis (common around nose and mouth). - Causes Use of steroid creams on face Harsh soaps, cosmetics, or toothpaste Chronic skin inflammation - Provisional Dx: Mukhadushika / Perioral skin inflammation - Rx: Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tab 👉 Twice daily after food with lukewarm water Manjishthadi Kwath – 15 ml 👉 Dilute with equal water, twice daily before food Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab 👉 Twice daily after food Khadirarishta – 20 ml 👉 With equal water, twice daily after meals Jatyadi Taila – local application 👉 Apply thin layer over affected area once daily (night) - Pathya (Advice): Avoid spicy, oily, fermented food No steroid creams or cosmetics on face Wash face gently, do not scrub Avoid squeezing lesions - Follow-up: After 2–3 weeks
