Severe Tanning on Hands from Sun Exposure - #49094

Client_c2a7af

Hello Doctor, I have a very dark tan on my hands caused by outdoor activities, mainly due to prolonged sun exposure during PT and a sports day event. The color difference is very noticeable, where only certain areas remain my normal skin tone and the rest of the hands have become very dark. I have tried several home remedies, but there has been no improvement. I am also concerned because similar tanning is seen on the hands of children as well, due to outdoor activities. Could you please advise: Why this type of severe tanning happens Whether it can be reduced or treated safely What precautions should be taken, especially for children Thank you for your guidance. Regards

How long have you been experiencing this tanning on your hands?:

- More than 6 months

Have you noticed any other skin changes or symptoms?:
