Doctors' responses

Maha Manjishtadi Kwath – 15 ml morning & night after meals Khadirarishta – 15 ml morning & night after meals These medicines are good for skin purification, but both are heating (ushna) in nature — which explains why your acidity and body heat may feel worse. - Don’t take regular Chyawanprash now ❌ → It can increase acidity, body heat, and headache since your digestion is weak. Your current medicines are heating, which may be worsening acidity. - For chronic cough, safer options: Sitopaladi churna ¼ tsp with honey, once daily Yashtimadhu ¼ tsp with warm water - 10-year cough needs medical evaluation (often linked to acidity/GERD).

Yes, you can take Chyawanprash, but only ½ teaspoon. Take in the morning AFTER food with warm milk or warm water. Do not take at night. If acidity increases → stop it. For acidity & body heat Avipattikar churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water Avoid spicy, oily, sour food, tea/coffee For cold & cough Sitopaladi churna – 1 tsp with honey, 2 times daily after food Drink warm water, avoid cold foods
