Persistent Dry Eczema with Shifting Locations - #49152

I have dry eczema on the area slightly right side of both my ankles. Actually this eczema shifts it's places. In childhood it was behind my right knee. Once that got cured suddenly it appeared in my right feet. Once that cured it appeared on the current place. upper part of the skin on the effected area is crusted & dry. It's itchy. If I am scratching really hard then it burns a lot & rice starch like liquid oozes out. My age is 44, Male.
