Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Tab Protekt 2-0-2 Tab.Manjistha 2-0-2 Sy.Amypure 10ml twice Purodil gel for local application Follow up after 2 weeks.
