Sir mujhe psoriasis h 10 salo se age 25 weight 58 height 170 cm student h koi upchar batao ayurvedic abhi me morningme khali pet 10 se 15 neem ki patti ka sevan kr rha h bas 7 day ho gye sir me student hu study karta h khane me Ghar ka khana kam mirch masale bas full parhej se rhta h kisi video me dekha khadiraristh plus mahamanjishta kwath bhi shamil ki bol rhe the mene aapse jankari lena uchit samja please suggest me best for psoriasisplease

Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Cutisora 2-0-2 Cutisora oil for local application. Cap.GT 1-0-1 Khadirarishta 20ml twice after meal with lukewarm water Follow up after 4weeks.
