Dx: Sheetapitta / Udarda (stress-induced itching & rashes) - Rx: Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tab BD after food Haridra Khanda – 1 tsp BD with warm water/milk Khadirarishta – 15 ml + equal water BD after food Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp HS with warm water - External: Neem oil / Coconut oil – apply locally BD Pathya–Apathya: Avoid spicy, sour, fermented, fried food Avoid hot water baths Take light, cooling diet Reduce stress, ensure proper sleep - Review: after 7–10 days
