Clobetasol aur Nanomom strong steroid creams hain; sensitive jagah par lagane se burning, daag badhna, aur pigmentation change ho sakta hai. Cream band karna sahi tha. Ab mild cleanser, fragrance-free moisturizer, sunscreen (SPF 30+) use karein. -add- External: 1)Kumkumadi Tailam / Chandan + Haldi paste – raat ko thin layer, 15–20 min, gentle rinse. -Internal : 1)Guduchi Churna 500 mg – 1x daily af 2)Manjishtha Churna 1 tsp – 1x daily af Lifestyle / Diet: Sun protection (sunscreen / dupatta) Vitamin C rich foods, avoid oily/spicy food Note: Avoid steroid creams; results gradually in 4–6 weeks.
