According to your description it can be timea versicolour or psoriasis for that personal consultation or either images are must, to see exact condition. Untill that I am recommending you some treatment, if not get relief than either share images or do personal consultation. -INTERNAL MEDICINES 1)Gandhak Rasayan 👉 1 tablet twice daily after food with lukewarm water 2)Arogyavardhini Vati 👉 1 tablet twice daily after meals 3)Khadirarishta 👉 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food 4)Triphala Churna 👉 1 teaspoon at night with warm water (for gut detox & skin purification) -EXTERNAL APPLICATION Neem Oil + Coconut Oil (1:1) 👉 Apply on scalp 2–3 times per week, keep for 30–45 minutes, then wash Nimbadi Taila / Karanjadi Taila 👉 Apply thin layer on neck & chest rashes once daily Herbal Hair Wash Powder (optional but best) Shikakai Reetha Amla Use 2–3 times weekly - PATHYA (DO’s) ✔ Light, freshly cooked food ✔ Bitter vegetables (neem leaves, karela, bottle gourd) ✔ Warm water for drinking ✔ Regular sleep ✔ Mild head massage (no scratching) 🚫 APATHYA (DON’Ts) ❌ Curd at night ❌ Oily, spicy, fried food ❌ Excess sweets & bakery ❌ Hair gels, chemical oils ❌ Daytime sleeping ⏳ DURATION Continue 6–8 weeks
