Hi, My husband have low sperm motility. He was using nicotine pouch before. Now tried to Quit, taking lozenges 4 mg occasionally . We are trying for a second baby since 4 years. I have endometriosis and irregular periods. What could be do to increase the sperm motility and reproductive health. Thanks

- Details: Husband: Low sperm motility, ex-nicotine user Wife: Endometriosis, irregular cycles Duration of infertility: 4 years -Ayurvedic Prescription -For Male (Sperm Motility & Fertility): 1)Chyawanprash – 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk 2)Ashwagandha cap. – 500m g with milk at night 3)Shilajit (Purified) – 250 mg twice daily with warm water/milk 4)Kapikacchu powder – 3 g with milk before sleep 5)Triphala Churna – 5 g at night with warm water (for detoxification and digestion) Lifestyle: Avoid nicotine, alcohol; moderate exercise; avoid heat exposure ----For Female (Endometriosis & Irregular Cycles): 1)Ashokarishta – 15 ml twice daily with equal water 2)Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food 3)Triphala Churna – 5 g at night with warm water (for digestion and hormonal balance) 4)Shatavari gur – 1 tsf with milk at night Lifestyle: Yoga, warm compresses for abdominal pain, maintain ideal weight - General Advice: Diet: Fresh, warm, easily digestible foods; include ghee, milk, nuts; avoid processed/junk foods. Sleep: Maintain 7–8 hours; manage stress. Follow-up: Reassess semen analysis after 3 months and menstrual cycle tracking. - on NXT cycle consult gynaecologist also for proper investigation.

Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Addyzoa 2-0-2 Count plus granules 15 gms twice with milk. Follow up after 4weeks.
