Seeking Help for Persistent Acne - #49570

I have bad acne, I am currently using vicco turmeric cream. What should I do? I have acne on forehead, side cheeks near nose, chest, and back. I have had this for almost 3 years and I am in teen. I speak malayalam, endhengal cheyam patto? uppam koriche korinjue irikuane

-Vicco is mainly turmeric-based; it has mild antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
It’s not strong enough to treat moderate to severe acne, especially cystic or persistent acne.
-External:
1)Apply Triphala or Neem paste on pimples once daily at night.
2)Apply Aloe Vera gel to soothe skin.
3)Use Turmeric + Honey 2–3 times/week.
Internal:
1)Triphala: 1 tsp at night with warm water.
2)Neem powder/capsule: 1 tsp/capsule twice daily after meals.
3)Guduchi: 1 tsp in the morning.
-Diet & Lifestyle:
Avoid oily, fried, and spicy foods. Eat fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains.
Drink plenty of water, sleep 7–8 hours.
Wear loose cotton clothes; keep face and pillow clean.
Practice light exercise or pranayama to reduce stress.
-Follow-up:
Check progress in 2–3 weeks; and follow up.
