Seeking Ayurvedic Guidance for Male Fertility Issues - #49607

I got married 3 years ago. My both seminal vesicles are thinned out,checked in TRUS. Also I have grade 4 varicocele in left side. I am 37 male, no baby till date, due to seminal vesicles thinning my semen volume is 0.5 ml only. I have this problem from approx 10 years, but never thought about it, but now took doctors advice then focused on these problems. Neither I drink, nor I smoke. In my last semen test motility was approx 25% with low semen volume. Sperm count was also low. Can thinned seminal vesicles and varicocele be cured by ayurveda? I need your help. I have taken allopathy(popson tab, welyco tab, hcg injection, enerbless m powder, fertisure m tab) treatment for approx 1.5 years but now motility and sperm count have stopped at a place, now it's not increasing. Also semen tests shows viscosity in test reports. My wife's AMH is approx 1. I need ayurveda help, I don't want to go for Iui or IVF. Please guide me accordingly. Is Iui/IVF is my last hope? There are some pus cells also in the semen report. My height is 5.3, my weight is approx 50. My daily water intake is around 750 ml, if i drink more than this, I have to go for frequent urination. My sugar, liver, kidney, cholesterol is ok as per last tests. Now give me the proper advice. 🙏 Also keep in mind that I sweat less then others, but my urine frequency is more than others.
