Seeking Guidance on Infertility Treatment and Dietary Concerns - #50029

8 yrs of infertility, Phala ghrita for Frozen pelvis(from previous surgery), hydrosalpinx ,PCOD, scanty period patient can take, is it curable, am taking from 15 days. My piles has reduced digestion has improved, but kapha if i take with milk, canItake with water.Please guide

-Yes, you can take Phala Ghrita with lukewarm water if milk is increasing kapha (heaviness, mucus, bloating). Do not take with cold water. Better option: ✔ Take with warm water + a pinch of dry ginger ✔ Or use more water, less milk It is helping your digestion and piles — good sign. But with hydrosalpinx + frozen pelvis, medicine alone may not fully cure if tubes are severely damaged. -meet ayurveda gynaecologist for proper evaluation and panchkarma with medicines will give the results
