-Yes, you can take Phala Ghrita with lukewarm water if milk is increasing kapha (heaviness, mucus, bloating). Do not take with cold water. Better option: ✔ Take with warm water + a pinch of dry ginger ✔ Or use more water, less milk It is helping your digestion and piles — good sign.
