What is this sickness and how to treat this? A bad mild fever refusing to get corrected (cannot be measured on thermometer), green colour bad smelling potty, some days potty is brown and smells like coffee too or constipation, indigestion with undigested food particles, High ESR, High IgE, sticky thing in nose and throat, some amount of a very mild headache too which sometimes aggravates and then becomes better, a mild persistent ache in stomach, no sweat for 1 and 1/2 months, feeling chills at night and comfortable sitting in sun at day, only sweat a total for 4 times in 1 and 1/2 month despite wearing thick clothes and moving whole day, 4 times at night and one time at day. All of these symptoms for 1 and 1/2 month. Kindly advise what it is and how it can be treated? I would want to be very careful with treatments as very sensitive body and allergic to a lot of things, have very carefully callibrated diet plan.

HELLO, Your symptoms show a chronic low grade inflammatory condition with involvement of -Ama (undigested toxins)-> indigestion, undigested food, foul green stools -Pitta + kapha aggravation-> bad smell, sticky mucus in nose/throat, high ESR -Allergic tendency (high IgE)->kapha-ama in respiratory channels -Agni imbalance (mandagni+vishamagni)-> alternating constipation and loose stool -Vata disturbance->chills, low sweating, variable headache, fluctuating syymptoms DURATION 1.5 months-> chronic toxic fever with gut disorder pattern INTERNAL MANAGEMENT FIRST PHASE- REMOVE AMA (7-14 days) GOAL= lighten, detox gently since you’re sensitive LIGHT DIET -thin moong dal soup -old rice + moong khichdi -wrm water small sips whole day -avoid curd, heavy food, fried food, wheat, sugar IMPROVE DIGESTION -Trikatu churna= a small pinch with honey before meals OR -roasted jeera + dry ginger powder in warm water -GUDUCHI SATVA= 500mg with warm water after meals. mild and safe for feverish inflammation FOR FOUR GREEN STOOL -Musta churna= 1/2 tsp with warm water before meals -Bilva Churna= 1 tsp with buttermilk after meals if loose stool dominant SECOND PHASE= CORRECT GRAHANI AND ALLERGY (2-6 weeks) Once stool improves -Guduchi + neem= 1 cap twice daily after meals reduce sESR and chronic inflammation -Turmeric + black pepper small pinch in warm milk for his IgE/allergy -Sitopaladi churna= 1/2 tsp with honey after meals for sticky throat mucus -Avippatikar churna= 1/2 tsp with warm water before meals only if heat and acidity RESTORE SWEATING AND BALANCE VATA No sweating + chills= blocked channels -Mild dry ginger decoction at night -warm oil massage sesame oil before bath thrice wekly -gentle steam to face only not full body HEADACHE AND MILD FEVERISH FEELIGN -coriander seed water cooling -brahmi vati 1 tab at night for stress management Please also rule out -chronic gut infection / parasites -IBS/IBD -sinus infection -hidden low grade infection High ESR for 1.5 months should not be ignored BECAUSE YOU ARE SENSITIVE -start with 1/4 normal dose -observe 3 days adding next -keep diet very simple DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

Hello dear, you condition is classic depiction of ama, i.e the accumulation of metabolic toxins in your system. please let me know your specific allergies and go foran ANA and HsCRP an LFT, bile acid test,urine routine and serum ferritin, CBC tests if you havent done so yet. its necessary to moniter these functions atleast once every 3 months. in the meantime follow this prescription *amrutadi pachana kashayam 10 ml thrice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water *vaiswanara choorna 3 gm twice daily after food in buttermilk *amrutarishta+ draksharishta 15 ml each twice daily after food *sudarsanam gulika 2 tablet evey 6 hours. this prescription is quiet gentle on the stomach and adresses your fever , gastric complaints ama formation etc. so please follow this for 14 days. but reach out to me after 7 days with the above mentioned reports because it is very essential. avoid all heavy foos now any milk or milk products , jaggery, jaggery products, buiscuits, bread, fermented food, achar, papad etc
