Hello dear, By looking at your symptoms- it signifies you have vitamin deficiencies . Do you overthink alot/ take stress, Do you not able to tolerate beight places or loud noises ?? it has disturbed rasa dhatu which stays in heart and manages stress levels in body: I would suggest some medicines: 1. Raspachak vati 1-0-1 after meals twice a day. 2.taapyadi loha 1-0-1 after meals twice a day. 3. Brahmi vati 2 in the evening 2 hrs before sleeping. 4. Ulcer is probably because you overthink- stress impacts alot- use Avipatikar churan 1/4th tea spoon twice a day before meals 5.Vishtinduk vati 1-0-1 after meals twice a day. For pain. Avoid gassy products - like chana , dals except moong dal, sprouts , dosa , cakes , biscuits. Have - warm milk with ghee everyday before sleeping . Have warm meals, sleep early and start meditating . For personalised treatment please get a consultation. I hope you get well

Hi dear, Sounds like you have extreme vata and pitta kopa according to ayurveda terms. But to determine the cause of this you need to access your CBC,ESR,HB,VIT D,VIT B12, CALCIUM, FBS,hsCRP and an ecg. If possible do an LFT and RFT also. Health needs to be a priority. And not a fear. In the meantime you should take + *saraswatarishtam 30 ml twice daily after food *Manasmitra vataka 1 tab twice daily after food , evening one preferably taken at bed time *Dhanwantaram gulika 2tab thrice daily before food *Balaswagandhadi taila for head oiling and head massage. *Avipathy choorna 5gm mixed with honey at bedtime. These medicines will improve your palpitations, mental stress, sleep and gastric issues and acidity. Practice meditation Avoid strong spicy dried and fermented foods. Do the reports and reach out with results
