Bought withania somnifera( ashagandha), Commiphora mukul bauhinia variegata, tinospora cordifolia, curcuma longa to treat calcified fibroids and thyroid nodules with inflammation. How effective is it? Will it affect my fertility coz am 47 yrs n want to give birth to my 1st born before I reach menopause?
