Seeking Ayurvedic Treatment for Ovarian Cysts and Adenomyosis - #50737
Jan 28 I took ultrasound which shows right ovary 12cm chocolate cyst left ovary due to previous surgery it is not visible,recently feb 21 I went mri it shows left 71*73*77mm right ovary 31*38mm which one currect i don't know ca level 471 ,and adenomyosisisn'tthere treatment in ayurveda

–The MRI scan is more accurate than ultrasound, so we usually trust the MRI report. It shows a cyst about 7–8 cm in size. Such cysts (called chocolate cysts, related to Endometriosis) can increase CA-125 levels, so a high value like 471 does not automatically mean cancer. However, because the cyst is large and CA-125 is high, a gynecologist should monitor closely. Sometimes surgery is advised if the cyst is large or persistent. Ayurveda may help reduce symptoms and support hormonal balance, but large cysts often need medical or surgical management. - once visit offline to Ayurveda gynaecologist, bcz in your case therapies along with oral treatment can be affective but before recommending anything there is need of proper evaluation so visit personally with a ayurvedic gynaecologist for that.

I can understand it is difficult to deal with chochlate cyst and adenomyosis Your finding include 1.Large ovarian cyst ( upto 7cm) 2.Elevated CA level This requires regular monitoring by gynecologist Ayurveda can be supportive but you have to consult a Nearby stree rog and prasuti tantra expert ( Ayurvedic gynecologist) and also Gynaec expert Repeat ultrasound every 3-6 months CA level monitoring Hemoglobin test Hope you found this helpful Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
