Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Liv-52 DS 1-0-1 Ashwagandharishta 15 ml twice after meal Tab.Confido 2-0-2 Count plus granules 15gms twice with milk Follow up after 4weeks.

–Your low weight and poor appetite are likely contributing to your premature ejaculation. First, we need to improve your nutrition and body strength. Eat small, frequent meals (5–6 times daily), include milk, bananas, eggs, nuts, and protein-rich foods. Start light daily exercise to improve appetite and stamina. For premature ejaculation, practice Kegel exercises and the start–stop technique. Stress reduction is also important. – basic tests - thyroid profile, HbA1C, zinc, vt.b12 –Rx: -Ashwagandha Churna 3 gm with warm milk, twice daily after food -Shatavari Churna 3 gm with milk, twice daily -Chyawanprash 1 tsp morning with milk -Liv 52 2 tabs twice daily before food - tab stresscom 1 with milk at night ----Diet Advice: Milk, ghee, bananas, dates, almonds, eggs (if non-veg), frequent small meals –Lifestyle: Light exercise + yoga, avoid stress, proper sleep Follow-up: 4 weeks
