For a 19-year-old female (with regular periods), significant height increase is very unlikely. Height growth mainly depends on growth plates (epiphyseal plates) in bones These usually close after puberty (around 16–18 years in females) Once closed, natural height increase almost stops In your case Age: 19 Height: 5’2” (157 cm) Periods present → puberty completed So: You may gain 0.5–1 cm at most (posture/improvement) But no major height increase (like 2–3 inches) is realistically possible

do yoga and pranayam regurarly do tadasan triyak tadasan etc. and full nourished diet including of protein and vitamins and minerals its possible to grow at this age … not much but little growth
