What are the non-surgical options to treat endometriosis cysts while trying to conceive? - #52515
Hi doctors hope u all doing well. My problem is the periods are normal but I have endemetriosis cyst of 3 in count. The max is 3 cm and the other 2 about 2 cm and 1.5 cm respectively. Married for about 1.5 years and still trying for a baby.Doctor say to operate. Is it mandatory to operate now? We both don't eat junk foods. No process foods, canned foods, cold drinks like coke, fanta nothing. We just eat home food. No pizza, burger also. We eat all fruits, ghee, all seeds, chicken and red meat less intake but seafood we take a lot. Our diet personally feelgood but still baby is postponing. Is it because of the chocolate cyst? What is the best way to get rid of this cyst without a surgery.

Hi! I’m an assistant to the Ask Ayurveda doctors. I’ve carefully reviewed your question.
I will explain your symptoms through the Ayurvedic perspective so you understand what is happening in your body as a whole.
Endometriosis and the presence of cysts, known as “chocolate cysts,” can be understood in Ayurveda as an imbalance in the Vata and Kapha doshas. Vata, characterized by movement and irregularity, may contribute to the displacement and improper growth of endometrial tissue. Kapha, associated with heaviness and accumulation, can lead to the formation of cysts.
Your regular menstrual cycle suggests that Pitta, which governs transformation and flow, is relatively balanced, but the presence of cysts indicates a possible accumulation of ama (toxins) and stagnation in the reproductive system.
Ayurveda views this as a systemic imbalance, where the digestive fire (agni) may be weak, leading to the accumulation of toxins that contribute to cyst formation. Despite your healthy diet, there might be underlying factors affecting your digestion and reproductive health.
To give doctors a precise and effective treatment plan, your answers to the questions below are essential. Without this information, the recommendations will be more general and less accurate.
