Lately, I’ve been struggling with this weird feeling of gidiness, and it’s starting to affect my daily life. It feels like the world is spinning randomly, even when I’m just sitting or lying down. I thought it might be dehydration, so I started drinking more water, but the gidiness hasn’t gone away. It’s especially bad in the mornings and when I move my head too fast. My blood pressure was checked, and it’s normal, so I don’t know what’s causing this gidiness. I’ve also been feeling some neck stiffness and occasional headaches, which might be related? I haven’t had any major falls or injuries recently, but I do sit at a desk for long hours, which could be adding to the problem. Does Ayurveda have specific treatments for gidiness? Are there herbs or remedies that can help stabilize this feeling? I came across something about Brahmi and Ashwagandha being good for nervous system issues, but I’m not sure if they’re suitable for gidiness. Would diet or lifestyle changes help, like avoiding certain foods or adding more grounding practices? It’s getting hard to focus on work, and even walking feels a bit unsteady at times. If anyone has experienced gidiness and found relief with Ayurvedic medicine or natural remedies, please share your experience.
