Aapki cough aur khasi ki problem, jo itni severe hai ki sar ki naso mein dard aur tension hota hai, aur last year ki tarah double vision bhi ho gaya tha, ise Ayurveda mein Vata-Kapha dosha ki imbalance ke roop mein dekha ja sakta hai. Bar-bar aur tez khasi se shira (nerves) par dabav padta hai, jo headache aur vision problems ka karan ban sakta hai. Is samasya ke liye, pehle Kapha ko shant karna aur saath hi respiratory tract ko saaf karna zaroori hai. Aapko Sitopaladi Churna aur Talisadi Churna garm paani ya shahad ke saath lene ki salah di jati hai, kyunki ye expectorant ka kaam karte hain aur cough ko shant karte hain. Mulethi (Licorice) aur Tulsi ka kadha ya chai banana bhi labhkari ho sakta hai, jo gale ko rahat deta hai aur inflammation ko kam karta hai. External application ke liye, chest aur pith par Lavang tail (clove oil) ki malish ki ja sakti hai, jo congestion ko door karta hai aur khasi ko kam karta hai. Nasya karma, jismein naak mein anu tail ya shadbindu tail ka prayog hota hai, bhi faydemand ho sakta hai. I AM SUFFERING TO SINUS PROBLEM. NIGHT TIME MY NOSE BLOCKED. SOME DAYSHIFT ALSO BLOCKED MY NOSE. THAT TIME FACE BREATHING PROBLEMS. SO PLS SUGGESTED AYURVEDIC REMIDIES.


For sinus problems like nasal congestion and difficulty breathing, Ayurveda suggests several remedies to balance the Kapha dosha and relieve symptoms.
